We joined a brief to the Supreme Court in Christian Legal Society v. Martinez, defending the right of public universities to apply non-discrimination policies to officially recognized student groups. The Court agreed, holding that public universities may require official student groups—including religious student groups—to comply with non-discrimination policies.
